i mean, these actors are probably great, and they've gone to lengths (of sorts) to fill the role of extras with Asians, but WHAT THE HELL? there were no yellow/brown people to cast for this? Chinese and Indians in Asia alone are 35% of the world's population.
that's some Dick Fuld kind business sense, Paramount.
don't get me wrong, i think it's great that they've cast Dev Patel as Zuko (although, i think he would be a better Sokka), but that's not enough for the movie to stay true to essence of the fantastic series.
I don't understand how Nickelodeon would let Paramount butcher their money maker like this.
